If we were meeting for coffee, I'd order a latte. I'm so thankful my appetite for coffee returned after the baby was born and I've been enjoying hot coffee (again) for the past month or so.
...I would tell you how I've been indulging in television since we got cable at the beginning of the month. I can't stop setting the DVR to record things like HGTV's Flipping Boston and LIVE! with Kelly and Michael. Seriously, this is what I watch.
...and I may admit to geeking out over Jen Hatmaker's announcement earlier this week! Seriously, what could be better than an HGTV show about the Hatmakers?!
...I would also tell you I'm trying to read too many books. I have the expected list of baby books I try to keep up with (reading about what stage we're in and try to read ahead a bit to know what to expect). I also started reading Why Cities Matter and am listening to the audiobook The Happy Gospel, which is currently available to download for free from Noisetrade.
...I cried when I took my baby girl in for her two month appointment this week. She had to have three vaccinations, but I'm so thankful she's healthy and growing well.
...I discovered the VSCOcam app this week. Where have I been? I was wondering what that hashtag means when I'd see it on Instagram. Maybe it's Mommy Brain, but it hadn't occurred to me that it's an app for photos. So, I downloaded it after reading a comment revealing it's identity and I cannot stop using it. I honestly feel like I'm cheating, the way it makes my photos pretty...and while we're on the subject of iPhones, you should know I am a chicken and haven't downloaded iOS7 yet.
...I started going to a women's Community Bible Study this past week. I'm pretty excited for this weekly time of fellowship and spiritual growth!
...Finally, I would tell you I am so excited for this cool weather we have in New England. I love pulling on the covers when I go to bed and putting on my hoodie when I get up in the morning. Coffee just tastes so much better when the weather cools off. And I love going on day trips, like the one we took to Plymouth this week.

I am loving this weather too! so excited for autumn. I hope it is a good one! And I actually searched the VSCOcam # because I didn't know what it meant and saw lots of people using it. But I have to be honest, I haven't really figured out how to use it really well yet...
