Thankfully, we fared pretty well with Frankenstorm. I'm so sad for those hit by Hurricane Sandy who are still suffering from power outages, flooding, rain and wind damage. Some of the images I've seen on the news are downright unbelievable. Our prayers are with those working to restore communities to a livable state and all those displaced by the affects of the storm.
Has your apron arrived? Amber and I had so much fun planning the #cookingswap and watching for tweets and instagram photos about it! Thanks to all who joined in!
My apron came from Jill in the midst of Monday's storm -- perfect timing! The package included a vintage apron, cookie cutters, a scarf, paper straws, baker's twine and more! I can't wait to put it all to use :-)
What did you receive in your box of baking/cooking apron swapping goodness?! We want to see, so be sure to link up ((it can be an instragram photo or blog post))!
BTW you only have to link up on one of our blogs and it will show up on both!
