{thrifted} for work + play

I haven't done an outfit post in a long time and really don't make them a habit. But I had a successful round at a consignment shop last week (used my store credit of $7 and on a day of 50% sales so I ended up paying nothing), and I just had to share two outfits that came of it.

I love this one because I can wear it to work. It's comfortable and classic. The bow is a little different from my usual taste, but I couldn't pass up the chambray material. I'd been wanting a denim shirt and love my chambray dress for the ease of dressing it up or down.

After reading The No Brainer Wardrobe, I had pinned the photo below and been on the lookout for a utility jacket. I found this one last week and it was $2. I've been loving black skinny jeans, I'm so thankful to Hayley for turning me on to them. I'm pretty sure this outfit will become my springtime weekend go-to!
