Thanks to Megan for organizing the Love & Envelopes Birthday Club!  This post is a bit late, but I didn't want to leave anyone out.  Thank you to all the wonderful women who send a card or gift during my birth month. It was fun to receive mail from various parts of the US.

• recipe: Pumpkin pasta sauce recipe from Sunshine + Carousels ((I tried this on Thursday night and it was so yummy...I substituted 2% milk for the cream and it still thickened nicely))

• home: Mix and match decor from Rouge and Whimsy ((I loved this since I'm not into matchy-matchy things in my house))

• thanksgiving: The table from Pure and Noble ((I'm not sure if we'll be hosting anyone for Thanksgiving yet, but if we do, I'll be considering some of these ideas for our table))
• blog tips: 5 Quick Tips for Preparing Your Blog for the Holidays from Campfire Chic ((I'm terrible at thinking ahead, so this was very helpful for me to consider))
