What would you want to include in a bathroom renovation?

We The mister is making real progress with our current renovation project.

The cast-iron tub is out of the house [was that a feat in itself]

and the sub-floor was laid last night. 

The walls should be complete today and the floor tiled tonight,
not to mention the new electrical work he's had to do...wow!
