Earlier this summer my husband decided to roast a red pepper on the stove top.
I was skeptical, but it tasted really good in the dinner he made.
I was feeling brave and gave it a try recently, so I thought I'd share some photos...

I sliced the pepper up after it was peeled and tossed it with cooked pasta,
a red onion [I cooked using the same method], chicken and Italian dressing. Yum!
Have you tried any new-to-you cooking methods lately?
