We have peonies [my favorite flower] growing in the front yard!
What a fun surprise to see them blooming when I returned.

I have a renewed love for tea, thanks to the Irish!
Nothing can replace my love/need for coffee, but I do enjoy a cup of tea.

Our microwave is installed, along with a few cabinets.
The mister was working hard in my absence.

I ate more potatoes than ever before in a seven day time span.
At one meal, I was served seabass on a bed of mashed potatoes
along with the following sides:
boiled potatoes, mashed potatoes, chips [what Americans call
French fries], potato pancakes, cauliflower and carrots.
That is a LOT of potatoes :) And now you have me thinking I should go try some Irish tea!!
ReplyDeletei look forward to reading about your travels in ireland!
ReplyDeletethe peonies are beautiful and that's so sweet of your hubby to take care of things while you were gone. :) it's always nice to come home to those kinds of things....
