chicken cauliflower pasta

a quick dinner idea, thanks to trader joe's frozen section.
ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
bread crumbs
mrs. dash garlic seasoning
smart balance omega plus mayonnaise
whole grain pasta
salt + pepper
half package of tj's cauliflower romanesco basil
directions:
heat oven to 425 degrees farenheit
combine 3/4 cup breadcrumbs + 3 tablespoon garlic seasoning
lightly coat each chicken breast with mayonnaise + dredge in breadcrumbs
place in glass baking dish, bake for 20 minutes (until outside of chicken is golden brown)
while chicken is cooking, prepare pasta according to directions and place cauliflower in frying pan on stove. heat over medium, until no longer frozen.
when pasta is cooked, drain and add to pan with veggies, add salt + pepper, cook for 2-3 minutes over medium-high heat. remove from stove.
serve baked chicken atop veggie/pasta mix.
